Facebook group: Android-Universe Larps
Where: Gothenburg, Sweden
Venue:
3:e Våningen, a series of old industrial halls that have been rebuilt for theatre, dance and art installations. The main play area will be in a large art installation space.

It is located at:

Sockerbruket 9
Gothenburg

With tram, you take tram 9 or 3 from Central Station to Vagnhallen Majorna and follow the google maps.

Sleeping:  We do not offer sleeping arrangements. We encourage people to either stay at nearby hostels or with local players.
Food: We will offer cheap coffee and some in-game foods as part of the scenography. However, we do NOT guarantee that everyone can eat everything they need from our in-game alternatives. There will be a longer break in the day for arranging a main meal. As for evening meal, we recommend either bringing food that can be eaten in-game or surviving on in-game snacks.

Schedule: Workshops will start at 10:00. The larp will finish around 22. A small post-game hangout will be right after game end.

SIGN-UP INFORMATION

The larp does not require any previous experience with the Androids universe. It is an independent story entirely.

Sign-up:
Sign up will open at 20:00 on Sunday 24/4

We use a sign-up system where the sign-ups will be open all the way until the larp, and we will fill up spots as we go. This will be first come, first serve UNLESS you sign up in the first 24 hours of sign-up opening. Anyone who signs up during that time will be assigned spots by lottery.

Payment: Payment will need to be within 7 days of your acceptance e-mail or your spot will be lost. This is very important to observe since we are so close to the larp.
Number of participants:
 33 per run.
Price range: From 50€ lowest, to 90€ standard price, to 140€ or 180€ sponsor tickets.

We will be able to run the larp even if everyone pays the minimum if we have the maximum amount of players, but it will be at a significantly lower level of aesthetics and scenography. The greater the number of participants who pay a higher ticket price, the more will we be able to invest into the scenography, sounds, lights, layout and overall expenses. If we end up with a surplus, we will use it to invest into better locations and scenography for future larps, or to cover for the losses we took during covid.
